Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Krue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

Krue is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application that helps contractors create estimates using voice input. The service includes voice recognition, AI-powered pricing suggestions, PDF generation, and digital delivery of estimates.

The estimates generated by Krue are suggestions based on AI analysis. You are responsible for reviewing, adjusting, and approving all estimates before sending them to clients. Krue does not guarantee the accuracy of pricing or scope suggestions.

Account Registration

To use Krue, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscription and Payment

Pricing

Krue is offered at $29 per month for unlimited estimates. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated means to access the service without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Impersonate another person or entity

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Krue service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Krue and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license to use the service for its intended purpose.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the estimates, client data, and other content you create using Krue. You grant us a license to host, store, and process your content to provide the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

KRUE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. PRICING SUGGESTIONS ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND SHOULD BE VERIFIED BEFORE USE.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF ESTIMATES YOU SEND TO CLIENTS. KRUE IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSSES RESULTING FROM INACCURATE ESTIMATES, MISSED SCOPE, OR PRICING ERRORS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRUE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krue, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

You may export your data before account termination. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Krue after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
